歡迎使用 Concento(以下稱「本服務」,網址 https://concento.io)。註冊或使用本服務即表示你同意以下條款。

1. 服務說明

本服務是一個社群閱讀平台,提供個人書架管理、書籍評分與評論、閱讀相似度比對、書評人探索與讀書會討論等功能。本服務目前處於早期階段,功能可能隨時調整、新增或移除。

2. 帳號

• 你須提供有效的 Email 註冊,並妥善保管帳號與密碼;經由你的帳號進行的活動由你本人負責。
• 一人可建立一個帳號;請勿冒用他人身分。

3. 你的內容

• 你在本服務發表的評分、評論與留言(以下稱「使用者內容」)著作權仍屬於你。
• 你授權本服務在平台內展示、儲存與散布你的使用者內容(這是讓其他使用者看得到你評論的必要授權)。
• 你可以隨時刪除自己的使用者內容。

4. 禁止行為

• 發布違法、騷擾、仇恨、色情或垃圾廣告內容。
• 冒充他人、操縱評分(如大量假帳號刷分)。
• 以自動化方式大量抓取本服務資料,或干擾服務正常運作。

違反上述規定者,我們得移除相關內容、限制或終止其帳號。

5. 第三方資料

書籍封面、簡介與書目資料來自公開來源(Google Books、Open Library 等),其著作權屬於原權利人。若你是權利人並希望移除特定內容,請來信告知。

6. 免責聲明

• 本服務依「現狀」提供,不保證不中斷、無錯誤或符合特定用途。
• 使用者內容代表發表者個人意見,不代表本服務立場。
• 在法律允許的最大範圍內,本服務對使用或無法使用本服務所生的任何間接損害不負賠償責任。

7. 服務變更與終止

我們得隨時調整或停止部分或全部服務。如服務將永久關閉,我們會提前公告,讓你有合理時間匯出自己的資料。

8. 條款變更

條款如有重大修改,我們會在網站上公告;繼續使用即視為同意修改後的條款。

Terms of Service

Welcome to Concento ("the Service", https://concento.io). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Concento is a social reading platform offering personal shelf management, book ratings and reviews, reading-compatibility matching, reviewer discovery, and book-club discussions. The Service is in an early stage; features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

2. Accounts

• You must register with a valid email address and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person; do not impersonate others.

3. Your content

• You retain copyright in the ratings, reviews, and comments you post ("User Content").
• You grant the Service a license to display, store, and distribute your User Content within the platform (this is what lets other users see your reviews).
• You may delete your User Content at any time.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Posting unlawful, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or spam content.
• Impersonation or rating manipulation (e.g., mass fake accounts).
• Automated bulk scraping of the Service, or interfering with its operation.

We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Third-party data

Book covers, descriptions, and bibliographic data come from public sources (Google Books, Open Library, etc.) and remain the property of their rights holders. If you are a rights holder and want specific content removed, please contact us.

6. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
• User Content reflects the views of its author, not of the Service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to or termination of the Service

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If the Service is to shut down permanently, we will announce it in advance so you have reasonable time to export your data.

8. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
